offers free delivery to customers within a 50-mile radius. We also provide free setup, which includes leveling and anchoring of your new Handi-House structure. If you don’t like where your Handi-House is, we will move it. We can also deliver to locations farther than 50 miles, but we will require a slight fuel surcharge.

For your convenience, we can pull St. Johns County permits for other locations. We have signed and sealed engineering on file. Our buildings are Department of Community Affairs (DCA) approved by the State of Florida and meet Florida wind codes.
